Zepbound® (tirzepatide) is an FDA-approved, once-weekly injectable prescription medication designed to help adults with obesity, or those who are overweight with weight-related medical conditions, reach and maintain their weight management goals. When used in conjunction with a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity, Zepbound is a powerful tool for long-term health.
How It Works
Zepbound is the first and only dual GIP (glucose-dependent insulinotropic polypeptide) and GLP-1 (glucagon-like peptide-1) receptor agonist. By activating these two receptors, Zepbound helps to:
-
Reduce appetite: Helping you feel fuller for longer.
-
Regulate energy intake: Supporting your efforts to adhere to a reduced-calorie lifestyle.
